elements 7 light effects without the pen tool??

Hello....this is my 1st post so please forgive me if I have not made it in to the correct sub section......I have just taken a set of pictures at the script gig last night....I really would like to add some light effects to some of these however all the techniques I have seen sofar require using the pen tool which elements 7 does not have.....any help would be appreciated greatly!! xx

hi and welcome. I am not sure what you are after exactly but sounds like some post processing advice. There is another section for that called post processing and printing. Try posting in that section. Also if you can describe the type of lighting effect you want to add, even bettr if you can post the image in question, someone maybe able to assist you

Thank you!! Im still finding my way around the forum sub section.....thanks again for your advice i will do just that......can a mod move my thread to the correct section????
