Default Fluorescent Soft box - please help

Hi. Please help me understand this.
1.
I have 2 Fluorescent Soft boxes. When Fluorescent light is used what in usually normal ISO i need to have ? Do you go at 800 or more?
I do not think i get enough light with my Fluorescent bulbs. I have 1 soft box with 3 big 85W each bulb and 2nd one with 3 bulbs 25W each.To have correct exposure i will have low shutter speed and i do not want it. Even at 400 o 800 it is slow: 40, 30 or less.
2. As you know Fluorescent color is kind of green cast: what is best way to deal with it ? I do not feel Photoshop can do super job.

Summary: all photos are not getting good light and color is bad.
Please advice.

CFLs just don't put out a lot of light.

Take a look at this bulb... it is one of the more advanced high output bulbs and out of a softbox it is still 1/30 at f2.8 iso 200...

It depends.
Generally you want to use as low an iso as possible and still achieve a shutter speed/aperture that captures your subject. For example, if you were shooting food photography, it's not moving (normally) so your shutter speed isn't relevent (as long as you are using a tripod) but your depth of field might be. You would want the lowest iso that still allows you the fstop you want.
Taking pics of kids on the other hand, it's hard to keep 'em still so shutter speed becomes more important. In all cases you generally want the lowest iso that lets you capture the image the way you want/ Lower iso results in lower noise.

As far a normal...what you are describing is pretty normal for cfls/continuous light and it is one of the drawbacks (not enough light output)

...on the color balance... with most dslrs you can shoot a custom white balance which will get your color squared away. You should also find your camera has built in color balance settings for incandecent, flourecent, suny, shady, etc...you can use one of those presets...or you can adjust it in post.
