Talking Basic photography question???

I'm a little embarrassed because I used to think I would like to be a professional photographer... but then 5 years go by without me really touching my SLR and now I've forgotten EVERYTHING about digital photography. Like, literally everything!

Ummm can someone give me a general brush up about the f-stops and ISO's again? Like what the different f-stops mean and also the ISO? I can't believe I really forgot it all!

Learning about Exposure – The Exposure Triangle

That post has a link to three more articles on the exposure triangle: ISO, Aperture, and Shutter Speed

I think you are confusing lighting with exposure; 2 very different things
