I can only see a small thumbnail.. Attachments are very hit and miss on this site.

Well done for the capture.. You must have been clicking like crazy to get one at 1/150

Normally it's recommended to use an aperture like f/22 and a 3+ stop nd filter so you get an exposure length in seconds, that gives you far more chance at getting something unless you use a lightning trigger. So well done

I wish I could see the photo bigger.... I can only see the thumbnail in the attachment box.

I live on the Gulf of Mexico and we have some SPECTACULAR lightning shows during our summer storms. Sometimes they are so intense that the sky is lit up for a solid 30 seconds at a time with lightning flashes. I'm really looking forward to capturing some shots this summer

I can't even see the thumbnail and as Jon said attachments usually don't work well. Try this instead: Posting Photos from Flickr [July 2010 Update]

I was able to view the pic...I guess I'm among the lucky few ; )

I really like the composition...that's something many forget to focus on when taking such pics. The pic is underexposed...I would try to adjust foreground brightness using layers in PS, that should bring about some contrast. That's my 2 cents...Happy Clicking

Nice.. I'd be tempted to crop some of the road out and boost the deep dark scariness of the clouds using an ND grad filter
