This is the first time I saw this post, but it was Wonderful. I had always seen photo's of the sun looking all cool like the second one you posted but never knew how to do this effect. Its very helpful info, exspecially if there is a shot you really want but its facing into the sun... might as well make the sun look cool if it has to be there right?
Please dont stop posting your ideas. This one was great

I suppose it's not as star-ish as every one elses, but, it kind of is....

I m guessing you used an appreture of something "inbetween" the wide open and closed?

Buts its a really nice one

nutmeg, great nickname by the way. Nothing like some good nutmeg on the mashed potatoes. I will try to keep up, but most of the stuff i will be posting on my blog (link in signature/below) but i will try to post as much stuff i possible can!
