Default Crescent Moon and 100 Photo Tips

Hi, below is a photo from my photo blog at AssignmentChicago.com that people had questions about. It was taken just before nightfall, balancing my Nikon D80 on the guardrail of an overpass (I was stranded without a tripod on day off from work). It was taken at f/2.8 at 1/15th. I kept the ASA low at 100 in order to have the best color saturation. Camera shake was a bit of a risk at that speed, also because cars behind me were creating metallic vibrations on the guard rail so I had to wait for them to pass. The reflections off the rails were real and true, but brought out some with dodging. Wish the crescent moon was more centered, but that's how it goes. I have a post about my tips/professional observations/thoughts in photography for all those interested...
