Does anyone have any recommendationa on what site/host to use to make a photography website for someone VERY CLUELESS!?!

Flickr is pretty good. You can put all your photos, tag them, look at other people's photos, there are lots of groups that you can show your photos too or discuss things, like wedding groups or camera specific (or even lens specific) groups or whatever you are into.
