Default What do you do when (if) you misplace this ?

Passion. For the past couple of weeks I seamed to have lost it. I have not even taken my camera out of the bag in the last while. I was going to post in that the lost and found.
So does any body else go through this?

Not sure about loosing the passion, but I know I get burnt out sometimes, and feel the need to just go shoot something for me instead of for someone else.

Same here. Can't remember the last time I took the camera out (most of my shots lately have been old ones that I finally got around to posting). It's been too long, I keep telling myself I need to go out, and yet... the inspiration is missing... photographer's block I assume... maybe I just need to go somewhere new to shake the photo scenery up.

Thanks, I know we all go through this once in a while. I have what I think are some cool ideas, but no ambition to do it.

It happens to all of us, I think. I'll ignore my camera for a couple of weeks, and then I pick it back up again and get right back into the groove. I think sometimes we just need to recharge.

i get that too... infact, i'm in a "uuugh" mood with my fiftytwo project right now.

BUT, the reason being is that i've been so busy doing stuff for other people i havnt had a chance to think about what "I" want to shoot.

normally "me" time is with a camera.. the lastcouple of days i've had a breather, so its been feet up behind xbox playing GrandTheftAuto4

i think you just need a change in what you're doing and before you know it you'll be inspired again.
its pointless forcing an "inspired" image thats not actually inspired. ...if you get my drift.

relax, and have some time for yourself doing what you want.

Big time. It is great that photography does not pay the bills, but allows me to pay for what I love. And down the road I would love to do it for a living.
