CHeck your scanner: they should be scanning almost exactly like they are on the slide.

Thanks for you replies, I scanned the film with a Nikon Nikon coolscan V film scanner and I them also had a print made directly from the slide and it seems that age has caused the slides to 'fade to blue" so I am trying to reconstitute it in Photoshop.

go to adjustments-levels, then change the color being adjusted from master to blue.

Kodak has a set of plugin filters for Photoshop. One is called Digital ROC v2.1.0. This is a great filter. We used it all the time for the problem you have. There are a total of 4 filters. They are not cheap, but work great. I highly reccommend you check them out. Sorry I don't have the web site URL that you need to find them. So, go to Google and put in Kodak Digital ROC and I'm sure you'll find it. If not get back to me and I'll get it for you. Good Luck.

Is it possible to post one here? It would help if we could see the extent of the damage and would enable us to provide a more detailed fix.
