Default Senior...

Hi y'all, just wanted to point out that I'm a senior member now. Don't believe everything you hear around here, my photography just improved dramatically! Seriously, it's like night and day....my....my...camera now....listens.....to...meeee.eee..ee *sniffle*. Let my story be an inspiration to all members on their mission to 500 posts....the connection with your camera will happen, have faith! You and your camera can become one, what you see it sees. There might still be some hiccups, but like all relationships, you can work them out, just make it to 500. There is hope!!!

That's all....thanks

What does post count have to do with how well you photograph anything?

Brilliant!!!!!!

That's just it....this thread was solely for sarcasm. You know, with all that has been going on around here lately? Post count has absolutely nothing to do with photographs.

Glad you made senior member. That's great news. Congratulations.

From my point of view, I love the DPS and what I have learned here has made me a better photographer. However, I've learned more from applying what I've learned from DPS and shooting, shooting, shooting, and shooting some more. I believe that is how we can all become better photographers.

Learning some basics and some tricks and just some plain good ol' tips from DPS doesn't hurt. But there are times -- and from my POV most times -- you have to just go out and shoot. I believe it's taking what we learn and applying it to what we see and then letting the camera do the talking that helps us to grow.

Again, congratulations, and keep on shooting, shooting, and shooting.

Maybe a little. Lol!

Also, I agree with Rusty about just going out and shooting.
