Question Amazon.com

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way that i can buy some stuff off of amazon without making an account on that website?
Couldn't i just call the customer service & order that way?

As far as I know, nope, but I've been wrong before. But, that doesn't happen every often. Of course, that depends on who you ask. Just ask my wife

Mine has been online there for almost 5 years and never had a problem. Heck my info has been online since 1992 (Prodigy and AOL) and have never had a problem. I'd say almost 95% of my everyday purchases are online.

I believe that you can have an account but you do not need to save any information about your bank account. This means that everytime you order something you need to re input that information.
I am 90% positive about this.
Also I believe that many credit card companies can give you a one time use credit card number for online purchases. That way if it is stolen or intercepted they can't do any damage.

Paypal has this feature. Single use card generator.

You could do what my Dad used to do. He had a credit card with a 500 or 1000 dollar limit and that was the only card that he ever used online. It made him feel better because if his number got stolen then the amount was within a range that he wouldn't be hurt to much if he lost it all.
