You shouldn't have to do that step. You only need to paste everything from box #1 into your reply box. The picture will show up & link back to your Flickr account.

Plus linking back to Flickr is part of their TOS. You should always be using the link back. Which even works on private photos because it just takes to to a "you don't have permission" page. Just a handy Flickr fact of the day
