I'm looking for recommendations for a good camera backpack - ideally it would
I saw a nice review of the Kata D3N1 which meets almost all my requirements, but sadly it doesn't have room for a laptop, which is a deal-breaker since my plan is to replace my existing computer bag with this so I can use the bag for my work commute - a camera doesn't do any good if it's at home. Thanks!

I've been looking at this one. I haven't bit the bullet yet, but I'm pretty sure this is the one I'm getting. It looks sturdy, gives a lot of room, and equally important--it's inexpensive!!

Lowepro Compudaypack or Kata DR-467, if you're on a budget
Recommend using http://cambags.com/ for research.

The compudaypack will be hard-pressed to hold that much gear, and is kinda hard to get to things quickly.

I have the Lowepro CompuTrekker and it hauls all kinds of crap, and I usually have the thing full.

I just purchased one by Thinktank. It's called a shapeshifter. One of the best on the market.
