Default Camera Backpack Recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for a good camera backpack - ideally it would
  • Have room for a 15" laptop + power brick.
  • Have room for at least one body and at least 3 lenses and a flash.
  • Provide quick access to the camera.
  • Have some room for the miscellaneous other stuff a work bag always seems to accumulate.
  • Be light - under 5 pounds when empty.
  • Have at least an option for backpack style straps - single strap bags aggravate an old neck injury of mine when I lug heavy gear all day, and camera + lenses + laptop is going to add up.

I saw a nice review of the Kata D3N1 which meets almost all my requirements, but sadly it doesn't have room for a laptop, which is a deal-breaker since my plan is to replace my existing computer bag with this so I can use the bag for my work commute - a camera doesn't do any good if it's at home.

Thanks!

I've been looking at this one. I haven't bit the bullet yet, but I'm pretty sure this is the one I'm getting. It looks sturdy, gives a lot of room, and equally important--it's inexpensive!!

Lowepro Compudaypack or Kata DR-467, if you're on a budget

Recommend using http://cambags.com/ for research.

The compudaypack will be hard-pressed to hold that much gear, and is kinda hard to get to things quickly.

I have the Lowepro CompuTrekker and it hauls all kinds of crap, and I usually have the thing full.

I just purchased one by Thinktank. It's called a shapeshifter. One of the best on the market.

I have 2 Lowepro backpacks, a fastpack 350, which holds my 15" widescreen laptop, Canon 30D, Canon 100-400mm L lens, Canon 50mm 1.8 prime, Tamron 28-300mm lens, Sigma 28-90 macro lens, Canon 580EX and Canon430 EX flash units, Gary Fong diffuser, off camera flash cord, and a wired remote. That's what fits into the large spaces. I also carry extra batteries for the flashes and camera, memory cards, microfiber cleaning cloth, and still have room for a few snacks.

My Slingshot 200AW will hold all the above stuff with the exception of both flashed, my laptop, and my gary fong.
