That took me by surprise! I remember when we'd have countdowns to reach 1000 or 2000. Now they just zip right past!

Congrats to all members and also to mods and admins! I think this site grows also fast because there are a lot of nice people hanging around here helping chatting with others. Hope the quality of the forum and the members stays the same or gets better!

I think this place will grow even faster as its one of the friendliest forums ive ever been on!

No trolls or flamers (unlike POTN which i happened to follow a link to yesterday- god i wouldnt want to post a newb question there).

All in all - keep up the good work all you mods and 700 will be along shortly!

Congrats on reaching 6000 members, now what's this about cake for new members? Mmmmmm cake!

I found this site while doing research on which camera to buy. Now that I have joined the DSLR world I will be coming here more and more to share photos and learn how to improve my photography.

First thing I learned from DPS is that I have alot to learn, with winter just around the corner (atleast it is up here) I will have alot more time to spend on this site. Keep up the good work.

Nicole, you've been found out! Be careful, before you know it we're going to have people joining just for the free cake and you'll have to start a whole new line of work.
