Default Urgh... hungover...

So, went to a wedding last night. Was great. Then went to a graduation party about 10ish. Which continued till 4am... was also great... the head, not so great now.

So, remedies? Haha.

Oh, also discovered I have a hidden talent. I collected $25 in donated cash by using a spoon to flick easter eggs across the table into small glass bowl candle holders. Shall post a photo when I... can be bothered to stand up and find it.

hair of the dog. Just kidding.

I have always found if I take my vitamins, double dose if I know I'm going to be drinking. Also, I alternate water with every alcoholic drink and stay hydrated.

Sounds like a good time though.

I normally do the water thing, too, and the vitamins... but I missed the water last night, and I crashed at a friends place so I didn't have any vitamins with me. I'd go a hair of the dog (shandies are the way to go --- they're not as hard to take!), but I've gotta drive in a couple of hours... haha.

I came across these 2 'remedies'
Bacon and alcoholic drinks that lessen hangovers.

I have had many of those. What works for me is not drinking anymore.

Back in the day I drank Vodka in MASS quantities.

Drove home many nights where I had to cover one eye just to focus on the road, but never once had a hang over.

Tomato juice works wonders for me. I'm not sure why, but that and lots and lots of water gets me through.

Second the gatorade or similar along with copious amounts of painkillers.

Remember, you can alternate and double-up on tylenol/advil. Just alternate taking them every 2 hours

Tylenol: 12, 4, 8
Advil: 2, 6, 10.

Just dont do it for more than 12-18 hrs straight.

Toss back a redbull and a banana too. It'll give you a good pick-me-up.
