Hi. My name is Dionne and I live in Berkshire, England with my partner and 2 teenage sons.
I've been interested in photography since my early school days when my mum used to do her own development in our kitchen larder. Since then I have dabbled in various techniques, but have only recently began to take it more seriously, probably my son's influence because he has just completed his Photography A Level and intends (after a year out) to go on to study Photography at Uni. I use a Canon EOS 450D DSLR with 2 lenses, but am lucky enough to be able to borrow my son's macro lense from time to time. |

My name is Joseph Ramirez, I can honestly say I have been doing photography for about 20yrs now. When I was in the 6th grade I took a night class at the local CC, which I had to shoot film and print in the darkroom. Thats when I feel in love with all of it. Seeing the image just appear on the paper. I still walk into a darkroom and the smell takes me back to when I just started. I grew up with film and the film process but switched to digital about 4yrs ago now....At first I wasnt a digital guy but the turn around is just too good to pass up. I shoot alot of things but I like to shoot portraits and blurred action the most. I own a 4x5 for when I want to work in the darkroom but noramlly I use my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-R1. I really like DPS and seeing everyones pictures and feeback..keep it up.
