FB image size template?

Somewhere, I saw a handy template with all the FB image sizes on it. I found a copy of it, but it's all blurry and I can't read the sizes.

Anyone else seen it or know where it resides on the web?

EDIT: Found what appears to be the original, but it's blurry too. At least there is text with it.

FB Cover image (big banner image): 850x315. Some say 851, some say 850. I've used the latter.
FB Profile image (on profile page): 125x125, but FB requires 180x180 minimum size. It resizes down.

Anything else?
