How to insert pic to thread??

Hi everyone. Newbie here.

I can't seem to find out/ work out how to insert an image into my thread direct from my hard drive without using a 3rd party like Flickr. If I use the "attach files" option, it only inserts a thumbnail. Is this OK?? Would like to see my larger pic in my thread - is it possible??

Am so looking to getting involved in this site.

Welcome to DPS. After you select your attachment, right click on the name of your picture; then, click on copy link location; go back to the thread, and click on the "Insert Image" icon; finally, paste your image, and that's it.

Many thanks!! I now have my image in the post, AND a thumbnail down the bottom. Guess that's better then no image

You see top the reply box you will find an icon saying image click that and browse your image from your pc.
