What software do you use? If you google "selective color {software name}" i.e., selective color lightroom, you'll find a whole slew of sites offering tutorials for achieving that look. If you go through the Post Production section of this site, you'll find something for Lightroom and Photoshop.

You can't do selective color with Picassa. Maybe Gimp (it's free) but I haven't used it. It's best done using layers, but I think you have a learning curve ahead.

Picnik.com is really easy to do Selective Coloring with. It's a free editing website, and it's pretty cool.

I do a some photo editing with both Picnik and Gimp (Gimp is a free editing program that you download to your computer), and I love both.

You can do selective coloring with either one, however, the Picnik method is waaaay easier!

Here is a tutorial on how to do selective coloring with Picnik.
