Default Found a good source of cheap e-books...

I found this website selling e-books about photography, and many of them seem very appealing to me, so I wanted to share this with you. As far as I've seen, they all sell for 5$!

I plan to buy: "The Evocative Image" and the "Light and Land".

They look like interesting reads, I'm considering "Below the Horizon" and "Chasing Reflections".. I prefer physical pages I can hold though.

Yeah, me too, especially if they feature such good photos.

I bought quite a few of them. David DuChemin is one of my favourite photographer and reading his books has helped me refine my vision.
The books on his site are inexpensive, quick read but can go a long way.
If you want to go more in depth, you can read his book "Within the Frame: the Journey of Photographic Vision".
It is by far the best photography book I've ever read that is non-technical.

I totally agree.. I bought this book 6 months ago, read it over a wet weekend and now it sits on the table for me to occasionally flick through while looking for inspiration. It's exactly what I seek in a book, inspirational.

Bittorrent is not cheap, it's free. Unless you get caught!

This made me LOL. It reminded me of the character Brick on the ABC show "The Middle" after his parents tell him to read stuff on the internet.

"They're denying me books. No one's taken me to the library in two days." - Brick Heck

Thank you for listening to my rambling, you can now go back to your regularly scheduled programming....

This isn't aimed at you Milosh, I know you aren't condoning it, but I've seen thousands of posts complaining about their work being stolen or copied. That's exactly what bittorrent is generally used for, stealing someone else's hard work.

As someone who generally would get pissed off with people if they stole my stuff that I worked hard to produce and was hoping to earn an income from, I won't use software such as bittorrent to obtain things I haven't a right to. It's a matter of principle, I wouldn't like it if it happened to me, so I won't do it to others, even if I can.

Of course, I feel the same about my work and I totally agree with you.
