Default EXIF data

Is there an easy way to copy the exif data to post with critique photos? When I posted my first photo the other day I did manage to copy & paste all the data but have been unable to repeat whatever I did that first time. I just can't see how I did it and it's bugging me. Opening the photo property box doesn't even allow me to copy one line let alone the eight or so I'm wanting to. I could do a "screen snip" but that's no good for posting here.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. In the meantime I'll just type it line by line.

if you post them from Flickr you can copy and paste from there.

Remember, you don't need all the EXIF data. The core bits are shutter speed, ISO and aperture (as well as a note of the camera and lens used and if you fired the flash). I think it is also good to mention if you did any post processing on the image.

I copy and paste just what I need from Flickr and then edit as required to add in extra things (like the lens used).

@Wulf: I wonder if this is something that should be noted in the FAQ section so people will find it? I too was getting cranky with having to flip back and forth between iPhoto and here to write down the exif info because it will not allow you to right click and copy it. I just stumbled on Flickr's easy way to do it and now I provide my exif to all images posted. Before, I only included it if i felt like going through the tedious process. Might help with getting folks to add exif info to their posts.
