Default 365 Support Group?

I know that there are a good number of 365's going on at a time. But how does everyone keep going? Do you ever cheat? (I do.). Is that breaking the rules? I think 4 days is the max that i have fallen behind. On the days I have to make up photos I try to make them relevant. I am currently in my second year and just passed the 100 mark once again. I have viewers, but not many people comment. I really don't get that many comments at all. What do you guys do to generate traffic? I know that I'm doing this for myself but as photographer who wants to get better it would be nice to get more critiques. I upload to flickr, but not to a group on flickr. I really just use my blog as my delivery method of my 365 and flickr as a tool, and storage bin. What do you all think?

Feel free to stop by and check out my blog and comment! www.365poster.blogspot.com

Also what do you guys stuggle with?

Thanks, CJ

I know what it means, I have a flickr account with many different photos and the only comments that I have had are from my friends.

However, last here I have been to a professional course in South UK and among other photos we had a topless session.

One evening at the hotel I was with the other guy at the course and we were showing each other our photos on flickr and we decided to upload one of the topless one(not really showing anything) on my account; That was the only time that I have had more comments.

I don`t know what it is, but I know that feeling of yours very well

I justify it in my mind by calling it a 365ish project. I have fallen behind a couple of times already, but I just use the next number in the sequence. I don't want to rush, and put up 3 or four photos at one time. It may take a year and a half to do it, but that is just me. lol!

I have to admit I cheated a little. I might miss a day, and take two the next day, the most I missed was three in a row I think, but when you think about it, the scenery I would choose would not have changed much - say a tomato in the garden or something.
I would take pictures for a week or two and then mass upload to my Facebook 365 album. I tried one a day and the uploading got to be a bigger pain than finding something to take pictures of. I did one every day in 2010... I'm taking a break until maybe June. Of course if I start one Jan 1, 2012, it will be a 366 project, providing we survive past 12-21-12.
