Default HTML help?

Anyone care to give me a smidgen of HTML help? I'm trying to get "prev & next" buttons on my slide show. The instructions are here: Dynamic Drive DHTML Scripts- Ultimate Fade-in slideshow (v2.0) but I must be missing something. The page I'm working on is here: Canines In Art | Fine Art Pet Portraits | Pet Photographer | Virginia | Maryland | Washington DC

Do you have left.png/right.png images in the same folder? If you do, try making the links "absolute".

Did you want the controls in the upper left corner? It seems lost there. Move that div code to just before the footer code.

Thanks.

I've got them moved to the right place now, but I can't see the buttons (or even the missing image link for the buttons).

I'd like them to look like the round buttons / links on the Canines In Art | Fine Art Pet Portraits | Pet Photographer | Virginia | Maryland | Washington DC
page in three columns.

UGH! This stuff makes my head spin!

looks like a path issue
http://caninesinart.com/left.png should be where the left image is, but it looks like your images are stored in the images folder.... pm me if you want me to take a closer look and fix it for you

It's working for me...
You're going to have to create the new button images and put thier path/name in place of "next/forward.png" in the code.
You also have the previous/ next code reversed...(fwd button goes backwards in sequence) You could just remove the Numbering function...

Yeah, it's at least functional now.

Getting the right images in the slideshow will come first, then I'll see if I really want to change the buttons that badly.

Precisely why photographers should take pictures and developers should write code...
