Thank you very much for that information. That is what I thought but I was not for sure!!
How and where can I find out how much I am charging for my photos and what I am going to be making?

I don't remember all the details. I only used them for the length of their free trial last year. I'd start on their website: You Look Better Here. Photo & Video Sharing by SmugMug., though. You can sign up for a free trial and test everything out to see how you like it.

Once you have your photos all posted in your gallery and you have the prices marked to what you want to sell them for. (actually, I think as you are pricing them, Smug Mug shows you what they charge)
Then when you click on one of the photos and click on "buy now" it will show you what your customers pay and what you pay

I use Smugmug and here's an example of how their pricing works. When you set your pricing you will see what the cost of the print really is. Then you decide how much you want to mark it up. Smugmug then pays you 85% of the PROFIT. So, pretend the print we're talking about is an 8 x 10. The Smugmug price to print it is $2.00. You decide that you want to charge $20.00 for the image. you would then receive $15.30 in profit ( $15.30 is 85% of the $18.00 markup).
Think of the 15% fee they charge as a convenience fee - you do not have to deal with any of the printing, cropping or shipping. They do all of that and in my experience they do it wall. Last month I had someone order 4 prints and when they arrived the Post office has totally mangled the mailing tube ( no fault of Smugmug). The client called me and was understandable bummed as these prints were going to be framed and given as a gift. I assumed I would have to pay to get them reprinted & reshipped. HOWEVER - when i contacted Smugmug they reprinted & shipped them 2 day priority mail FOR FREE! I was stunned and obviously pleased and my client thought that I gave her amazing customer service! As you can see I think highly of Smugmug -0 they've definitely done right by me. I hope this helps!
