Cropped Print!
 

I recently took family photos of a client and put them on a cd for her. A few days later i recieved a call from her she was very unhappy because she had printed an 8x10 and it had partially cropped her daughters face. How do i explain to her that not all photographs can print exactly alike(uncropped) in different sizes?? Should i give her a rebate or just tell her to print in different size. I did check cropping on the photo and it is nearly impossible to not crop part of her daughters face. I realized i should have stood back a bit more when taking the photograph:( I guess i would i would like to know if any of you have ever had this problem after handing the client a picture cd...and how to handle images being cropped.
