I snagged this all ready great image from our own Peeperita, Thanks Peep
The rules are simple, edit the image anyway that you see fit, you can chamge the colors, change the content, add images, delete images, anything you want to do to it. But, you must post the steps you took to get to your final image. This challenge is as much about learning as it is about sharing with others so that they may learn. Now, let's see what you would do! ![]() Link to larger version

Decided to combine my two biggest hobbies, photography and balloon twisting. (Interesting combo...yes, I know)
![]() ![]() Opened image, selected around portion where my strange brain saw the outline of an angels wings and copied, opened a new file, created a transparent layer and pasted the angel outline, selected the black at the bottom of the angel body and deleted, used iwarp to pull the upper middle portion down a bit, adjusted levels, opened picture with the head as a layer, masked unwanted portions, adjusted levels, opened picture with arms as layer, masked unwanted portions, did a bit of transforming on the arms until they looked right, reduced opacity on head and arms, added another transparent layer and added the swirls, cropped, flattened.

One with the blend mode on overlay and the other made into a negative and set the blend mode on overlay. added text
