Converted to Infared B/W. Smudged the water, added a moon in the upper left, reduced opacity and added a warming filter at 27%

Selected the entire image, used the 'Difference clouds" effect.
Selected a second time, again, used the 'Difference Clouds' effect.
Thats it...
I just started working with photoshop today, so maybe I can be a bit more creative next time :P

The rules are simple, edit the image anyway that you see fit and then post the steps you took to get to your final image.
My first try as a newbie to this site.

Here is what I did in Photoshop CS4:
  • Adjust levels
  • Spot heal lower left corner
  • Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0 Graduated Neutral Density
  • Viveza spot adjust sky at horizon
  • Noise Ninja (Profile Image)
  • Flatten
  • Lab Mode
  • Lightness Channel
  • Smart Sharpen
  • RGB Mode
  • Save

Enough Space

- Adjusted contrast, levels & colours
- Reduced chromatic abberations
- Reduced noise
- Created a pseudo-HDR
- Adjusted contrast, levels & colours
- Reduced chromatic abberations
- Reduced noise
- Adjusted contrast, leves & colours ... yes, I know, I tend to be a difficult person
- Converted to monochrome
- Reduced noise
- Some sharpening
- And the usual cropping.

What would I do ?

I would liek the symmetry this can bring to an image change the darness saturation and the colour with adjustment layers and an overlay of the origanal in multiply then simply select the pier and flip it to create a reflection .... add some contrast and hue join two images and get this .......

hope you like it

Then I thought thsi looked better however I notice the join is not seamless it would need cloing a touch but pushed fer time ...
