First thing I did was to clone out the sidewalk and the building behind the moose. Next I took a photo of a lion and ereased everything I didnt want to show and placed it over the mooses head. Desaturated the lion head. Used the warp tool to extend the snout so it would hopefully still somewhat resemble a mooses snout. Enlongated the fangs using the warp tool. Used the clone tool set on darken to fill in the edges of the lions head to blend in with the moose. On an adjustment layer I lowered the green saturation a bit. Done

wwyd...not my image...

not my best, but what a good distraction for me today.....

i tried to bring the statue to life with a few layers of color daubs set to overlay....gave him an eyeball with highlights with a black splotch with a bevel for a catchlight.....cloned out all the doo dads in the scene so he might look like he's standing in the woods...okay, maybe woods that have been freshly mown.....and dat was dat....
