Douglas, it does work for a download, as does your other one.
Here's what we're hoping you have: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3507/...53027673_o.jpg If you worked from the link in peeperita's post ("original size" below her edit), then you'll have it. If you saved her posted one at 500x375 pixels, then the quality will degrade fast as others follow with their edits. Not sure what to suggest if that's the case, other than what you said - go from peeperita's 1024X768.

![]() Used this photoshop process. (Create background layer, Add a new layer fill with black. Create 150% noise (monochromatic is checked off). Add Gaussian blur 0.5 radius. Hold alt and click on line between black layer and background layer. Go to levels and adjust colour to 134, 1, 189. Go to motion blur. 60 angle 50 pixels long. Change layer style to screen.)
