Default Classic Rock Challenge

I would like to start a new weekly assignment & how this will work is as follows. Every Thursday(as long as this old brain doesn't give out & I forget) I will come up with a different Classic Rock Album. I will also list all the songs on that album. Your challenge is to take, either the album title or any of the song titles, & interpret it with a photo. This gives everyone a bunch of different options every week. Please post the title you are using along with the picture. So, for this week & to get the ball rolling I choose the Edgar Winter Group & the album "They Only Come Out at Night". I felt this album was appropriate for post-halloween.

Week 1
Tracks
# Title
1 Hangin' Around
2 When It Comes
3 Alta Mira
4 Free Ride
5 Undercover Man
6 Round & Round
7 Rock 'N' Roll Boogie Woogie Blues
8 Autumn
9 We All Had a Real Good Time
10 Frankenstein

Have fun & try to be creative!!

I forgot to give my interpretation! I'll be using the album title.

They only come out at night.

Cool idea! Sounds fun!

Here is:
"Rock 'N' Roll Boogie Woogie Blues"

The Beautiful Bobby Blackmon. The title says it all about his live performances. More info on the artist here

This is a great idea for a regular series. I'll go for Autumn (at this time of year, you might get a number of those).

Leaf Macro - 3

Does anyone have (legal) links where people can listen to samples of these tracks?

Good question! I did find this site that gives samples that are just under 2 mins. in length. When I clicked on a song, a box pops up asking to open in Windows media player classic. Which, on my windows machine is not a problem. If you can get it to work, I suggest you listen to "We all had a really good time". One of my all-time favorites.

Nice start, by the way, to what I hope everyone will enjoy.

Amazon has samples of the majority of the tracks they sell via their new MP3 download service (i.e. Itunes type service)
