False, I have a Lowepro backpack and a Tamrac holster style.

TPBM has a freelance gig. (I've got to meet up with a guy to work out some details but I should have a gig by the end of today. It's pretty exciting.)

False, but congrats Tifosi248F1

TPBM is doing something exciting this weekend (whether photography related or not) and of course wants to share what it is.

True. I'll be watching "Transformers" with my friends.

The person below me is wearing a digital watch.

False, I'm on vacation so I don't care what time it is.

TPBM is really happy it's Friday.

False, but I wish it was true!

TPBM was given a piece of camera equipment for his/her last birthday.

False, but I did get an exceptionally relaxing, surprisingly romantic weekend - hot tubbing in 34* F weather with freezing rain is surprisingly fun.

TPBM just got a new piece of camera equipment, but is too sick to go out and play with it.

Two-parter -- true, I just got the Nikkor F/1.8 50 (last week anyway); but, fortunately, I am not sick.

The Person Below Me has only a vague understanding of using flash for lighting.

Very True! I think my flash makes all my pictures look harsh and I try not to use it....

TPBM has photographed on more than 3 continents.

Oh so false! I'm in the US and will probably spend most of my life dreaming of where on THIS continent I'd like to visit next!

Love this thread, glad to join in on my first day on these forums!

The Person Below Me (TPBM) shops for camera equipment through local camera shops...
