  • Naked Lady or Spider Lily?

I've heard these Fall flowers called Naked Ladies and I've heard them called Spider Lilies. I prefer the Naked Ladies but I call them Spider Lilies. Can anyone clear it up for me? Thanks for looking.

I couldn't tell you on the name, but I vote for naked ladies . Very nice shots though, love the detail on the butterfly in that second one. TFS

Really like the textures of #2 and the colors, especially the butterfly.
Shot these at Point Cabrillo in CA; believe this is what "naked ladies" look like.

Thanks Phil, I think your right, I looked up the Lily and it is a Spider. I appreciate the comments from you and ArmySoldier. Your thoughts mean a lot.
