    a cd spindle...who would have thought...frickin awesome man. Thanks so much for posting how you take these shots. I can't wait to try this one (right after I try the dart one ).
    Besides trying to copy these shots it is opening my eyes to a whole new dimension of photography...much appreciated!

          The way you did it was MUCH easier that I originally thought. I HAVE to do something like that with the kiddos...just need to figure out how...

                I did something like that once making a little girl float - I had her sitting on a plastic tub, then I took a picture of the field behind her and cloned out the tub... great shot, also not how I had expected

                      hi hannsze, you're right, the how to do it guide does assume some knowldge, I apologise

                      rather than me babble on for ages, this link will help,

                            Navaeh looks adorable hovering there, and thank for taking the trouble to find and then post the picture.
                            You are clearly an extremely talented and modest person, your picture is so much better than you assert, although you might be right about the shadow, but they are ridiculously hard to create

                              and here I thought the cards were taped together then placed on the end of a stick like a pencil or something and that was held by the hand in the shadows.
