It's the first option on the menu, literally. Press the menu button and under the first tab, the first item listed should be "Quality", the settings for looking for are located there. You can select which RAW size if any you want to shoot and the with JPEG. If your camera has a red box around the "-" symbol for the JPEG that means the camera won't record JPEGs. The third tab on the menu screen has your options for the formats and quality of the "One-touch" button.
Just curious...why do you want to do this? I know why some people do it although I've (personally) not come up with a good reason to do this unless you're outputting your shots from your camera directly to a printer which is something I cringe at most times. Although I'll be doing something similar at a wedding I'm shooting with a friend in June.
