Default Usage Request--what to do?

I received the following email via Flickr this week:

Hi Lauratron ([Una] Photography)!

marysparklesilver has sent you a message on Flickr.
Subject: Would like to feature your photo on our site
Date: 30th November, 2010

Lauratron, we would like permission to feature your photo (Kenney Manor Christmas 2010 | Flickr - Photo Sharing!) on our site. We will credit you as the photographer and link back to you. We typically receive over 300,000 page views per month so your photo will be seen by quite a few!

Sincerely,
Dave and Mary

How do I go about allowing them to use my image? It seems slightly silly to me as I don't especially care for that photo I took. I just don't want to do anything stupid though and since I've never been in this situation before, I don't really know how to react. Thanks for your help in advance!

sell it to them, you have no control over wether they link back to you or how long they will leave that link place..I would alos request to see the latest log-file to verify that traffic number, numbers are easy to make up!

Ask them how long do they want usage rights to display your image, 1-6 months, a year, two or longer. Then sell them the rights for web usage only. Here's a url to check out: usage rights for photography form - Google Search
and another just for web usage: usage rights for photography for web usage - Google Search
Or check out the Getty Image site to see what they might charge.
Make sure they sign and return a contract before they are able to use the photo.

Yeah, what Jim said

Get paid for it. We've had the discussion about whether attribution is adequate payment many, many times before, and I think the consensus among working photographers is that no, it's not. Get paid.

Their web site is monitized.

They want to make more money by using your photo.

They should pay you for helping them earn more.
