![]() Camera: Nikon D60 Exposure: 3 Aperture: f/16.0 Focal Length: 40 mm Focal Length: 41.2 mm ISO Speed: 800 Exposure Bias: 0 EV Flash: No Flash Exposure Program: Aperture-priority AE Date and Time (Original): 2009:06:24 22:01:52 footnote; I'm so darned excited!!!! It's starting to come together to this newbie to my SLR camera. Tonight while fooling with my camera and trying to figure out what/how to shoot at F/16, I knew to adjust my white balance (thanks LTR) I knew what may happen if I increased the shutter speed, I knew that the aperture setting would change my depth of field. So much more to learn but the basics are slowly sinking in, the photo above is straight out of the camera! Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that old dogs really can learn new tricks and I am so excited!

I am pretty sure that my camera only goes to F/8 so I focused on blue. (I have a Canon Powershot G10). I was practicing "sunlight through trees" but the sun wasn't cooperating so I started playing around with my color swap feature and got this result.
Date taken 6/23/09 f/4 1/250 sec ISO 250
