Default Barefoot and thinking

These are some photos i took of my son at the beach. I had just gotten a new camera and was testing. He did not know I was taking these pictures and was just watching the sun. I do not know what makes the better picture and apreciate some comments. Is it the one that shows a seagull but the silloute is not so sharp? Does the fact that he has his hand above his head distract from the picture. \if you could tell me which you prefer \i would love to hear from you. Also is this the right place to put the sun

I like the first better. Since you are behind him, I like the silhouette better than the full color.

The first is my favourite, but the 3rd is also lovely.

i like the first one better.

the 3rd one has nice color saturation but his arm is all funky. now if you or he were professional contortionist then the 3rd one would be better than the 1st one.
