Err 01 code

I have a Canon XSI and have four lenses. I just started receiving Err 01 code when using two of the four lenses (18-55mm and 50mm). I'm trying to figure out if the problem is the camera body or the two lenses. I have cleaned the contacts on the camera and both of the lenses. Any advice? Thank you

Take a pink eraser to the contacts on both the lens and body.
