Really, really nice. Good work, Zechariah. Did you have the "after" in mind when you took the "before" image? Only one thing, if you were going for the Indy look, what's with the prosthetic arm?

LOL it doesn't show up right but he is holding a pistol... rofl I didn't even notice it looked like a prosthetic arm, but you are right it does look like that, that's funny.

Oh, and yeah I was thinking I was going to do that to the image when I was taking it.

Nicely done. I could tell it was a gun, but then again, my house is overrun with my sons Legos sets...lol.

Nice job Zechariah. To me, Lego man looks more menacing against the grey backdrop, the pretty sunset shot softens his character a little. Perhaps he needs a dark and rundown urban decay backdrop to bring out his full potential.

Looks like you had great fun with it - I love the idea.

Yeah Cap I was going for a "epic movie scene" look, but it might have looked better if I had gone for a menacing look. Here's another Lego shot from the same day, super macro (I did this with a trick I learned on the internet you take two lenses set to 50mm and put them face to face and wow SUPER Macro).

I love the super macro shot - a great technique which would bring out the real menace in any tiny yellow plastic face

Superb!

thats a pretty neat trick with the two 50mm lenses. Do you have to attach them together somehow or just handhold?

I just hand hold them, but you can buy a adapter that can screw the two lenses together.

Here's a link to the site where I learned that trick, this guy has a few other how to's on his site
