Evil in a closet

Hi everyone,

I'm just started this new hobby of photographing and it would seem that post prosessing is important part of it. And for that I really need some ideas and critic so i can get some better results. So hang in there while I try to master this

I'm using Photoshop CS3 (thanks to my work computer) to edit these pictures.

So here is one picture that I took from my cabinet.

And here are the things I did:

1. Crop
2. Duplicate of background -> Overlay opacity 89%
3. Fiber filter (from render) on each wall (different layer)-> Overlay 21-37%
3. Saturation filter +17
4. Cooling filter (LBB)

For most of these I just browsed this webpage and combined (and also tested a lot) different things.
