Default Making Muscles.

Today I learned a new technique. It's called Liquify. I didn't realize that Photoshop 7.0 (my version) had it until I read it online somewhere. To access it with an older version like mine, you can press Ctrl+Shift+X. Here is what I was able to accomplish with it after a few minutes of playing around.

Haha, most likely. None of that stuff actually works.

you need to watch the background when you use the liqufy tool. You can see very clearly in this image where you edited it.

It's hard with a lot of straight lines in the background. The right side is most obvious. Other than that, the other two spots where you can see it, I don't feel isn't that obvious unless you are looking back and forth between the two.

sometimes, i find working with the burn and dodge tool works wonders for musculature - but smudging is easier when it comes to making things look bigger as they really are (no offense ^_^)
