Welcome to DPS. I think, you'll get more comments if you post the images rather than the links. Sometimes, we get kind of lazy, here at school.

Learn...... It's not hard... Just find the html code at the picture hosting site (looks like Picassa in your case), copy/paste it into the thread, and then hit the preview post button. If everything looks good hit the submit reply button and your online. It really is that easy....

You can also use the 'Manage Uploads' button at the bottom of the page when generating your post. I prefer this method, mainly because I don't like hosting my photos on sites like Flikr/photobucket. Plus, when using the site's upload feature, pictures will stay around longer. If the photo is linked from Flikr etc, and that link changes...photo is deleted/corrupted somehow, you'll get a big "Photo is not viewable..." on here.

Just my $0.02 though.
