Thanks sk66. This is great. The pictures are different sizes and would have looked better if they were same size but i just wanted to test this mouseover thing too...

I don't suggest relying on this technique. It is brilliant for comparing two photos but could be abused and I suspect it will be blocked here before long.

If you do want to compare two images, you can open then in two separate windows / tabs and switch between them.

How you made the photo into the lots of pictures "polaroid" style.

There is a few ways it can be done and i didn't do the easiest way but here is how i did it. Hope i can explain it. Open your image in photoshop. Click on file and then click on new, type in the width and height of what you want the polaroid to be, experiment till you get what you want, in the box for background contents choose white then hit ok. Go to Select, select all then go to edit and copy. Now go to your image and paste. Use the free transform button under Edit and rotate it to where you want and move it into place. Now inside the white rectangle (polaroid photo) i used the polygonal lasso tool to make a sqare inside the white then used the history brush to bring back the part of the photo to show through so now it looks like a polaroid photo. Keep doing this till you fill your image. If i have you confused let me know where you need help and i'll try to help again. Post your image once your finished, i'd like to see it...
