I like the 3 generations picture, with the exception of the white dot on mom's arm. The one of your niece is a cute pose, but the shot overall is very soft. She seems very photogenic though, so im sure you will have ample opportunities to take some more.

the second one is a nice photo. The first seems a bit too blurred as you go into the photo. I think the focus in the center blurring the foreground and the background. I hate to nitpick but actually its only two generations! LOL! Geneologically speaking that is.....

I never noticed that dot. it's not on the original shot...
I agree, focus on my nephew would have been better.
Wouldn't it be 3 generations? My mom, my sister and her son?

For the 2nd shot, would there be any PP that would help it?
