Red face Winter In The Great Smoky Mountains National Park

I am a newbie and still working with learning to use my Nikon D70 in some other mode than automatic although, I did not venture out on a limb or out of auto mode on this shot. Somehow, I was a bit on edge standing in the middle of the road to get this shot. Behind me was a pretty decent incline and curve so, I didn't want to become road kill but I wanted to snap a few photos.

The photo has had no processing work done to it.

This is my first submission so, if by chance I did not post the photo properly, I will try and fix my mistake. Thanks!

I am a newbie with a DSLR. I cannot say that the picture that I have posted below is that of a street, rather it is a 'market street'...a very busy one in Goa, India. All the same , just wanted to post it even though I know its too late for this assignment....

Street

This is one of the few alley ways in LaCrosse Wisconsin. I had to add the grit look to it as it was a rather boring clean alley way without this added in PP.
