Default Assignment Sleep

This probably would have worked better in the Dreams assignment but i just got a new Canon 50D and had to try it out. This guy (or girl) was asleep on a branch outside my house. My dog barked and woke him up just as I shot this capture. Note the snow on his head.

After staring at this photo (which is quite good, I might add), I can't figure out how you did it. Was this stiched together in Photoshop? Or did you fire the two flashes at different times? I'm guessing it was Photoshop since your shutter speed was pretty quick.
