Default Assignment:Spring

First chance I've gotten to post in a long time and I'm afraid it isn't very original but these flowers are the first sign of spring in my yard - Chionodoxa.

Assignment:Spring

This is the first photo I'm posting on here:

The EXIF info is available on flickr, but here it is anyway:
Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 46 mm (x1.6)
ISO Speed: 1600
Exposure Bias: 0/3 EV
Flash: Flash did not fire

Edit: No Post Processing, although I did resize using Canon's DPP.

I took this picture in the middle of dinner on a busy day, and I love it for showing the busy kitchen during dinner, the first strawberries of the year (surprisingly delicious imports from California), and because I made the time to pause to capture the moment.

Question: are you allowed to submit more than one photo for an assignment/mini-contest?

Great shot, especially with the blue of the water with the pink and creamy white of the blossoms. Was hoping someone would post a good shot of cherry blossoms for the spring assignment.

Yum, strawberries are a sure sign of spring, good photo! You can submit more than one to share, but only one photo per assignment to be considered for the "win".
