canon eos350D or nikon D70s?? please make some suggestion...

Where are you planning on getting a D70s? Unless you save a lot of money (at least $200), I'd recommend a refurb D80 rather than the D70s.

Make your choice carefully!

Once you get into a camera model and start getting accessories and lens, your become more locked into that brand.
I chose a Canon 35 MM in 2001. Got some lenses and other goodies. When I wanted to go digital it was the Canon XTi for me. I am very satisfied so it worked for me. The new camera is very much like the old film model. So you get used to a brand. That a plus!:)
