what I did:
-Turned it into B&W, then made the flowers back in color.
- added another color balance, with blue colors for the foreground flowers.

That's it really.

It's very detailed work. Background shows attention to petal edges between color and B/W. This is good fom the standpoint of PhotoShopping.
And I like the original a little more in the photographic sense.
Have you tried focussing more on one foreground group? There is so much to look at, it's not certain where you want your audience to look.
I like the first one, and hope you will use this same technique on another photo with a central subject, so that color isolating it amongst B/W will grab your viewer and say "Look at this!"
