So I'm a magazine person. I don't read books, I don't read newspapers. But anything magazine, I'll read. If my college textbooks would have come in magazine format, I'd been a straight A student, haha.
Anyhow, all my car magazines subscriptions have expired and I'm looking into subscribing to new magazines. What digital photography related magazines do you like and why?
I really haven't looked at them much, so I have no idea which ones are good and which ones are just ok.
Thanks!!

Photoshopuser is a good one, but you must join NAPP in order to get a subscription.

I saw one of them at the grocery store and noticed the $9.99 price on it. It was nice, but dang that's spendy. I then went home and looked up how much to subscribe and it said $99!!! Maybe I can get my boss to subscribe to it. :p

I'll pick up Digital Photo Pro (http://www.digitalphotopro.com) or PC Photo (http://www.pcphotomag.com/) every once in a while if the current issue strikes me as interesting, but I don't know that I find either of them original enough to warrant getting a subscription.

i like Digital Photographer and another UK mag that i can't recall the name at the moment. only problem is, they're from the UK, cost $13 each month, and they don't offer subscriptions to the states! i typically go to barnes and noble each month and peruse through the magazines until i find one i like that month.

And what about online photography magazines?
Do you know any good ones?

Ive been trying some:
UK
Digital Camera (Jan 07) - So far so good (i havent had a chance to go through it properly), useful little book on composition included and power tips which I haven't ever seen before on reducing noise in photoshop (might repeat)
Digital Photo (Jan 07) - Comes with a cd with video tutorials and examples to try out... wasn't very convinced, I learnt a whole not of nothing (Wont repeat)
Practical Photography (Jan 07) - For such a thick magazine im not quite sure what they fitted in it.. apart from ads, there are quite a few "lets talk about a pro photographer" articles, one was quite good about a car photographer, others wore zzz.. (Wont repeat)
Digital SLR Photography (Dec 06) - It was quite thin, a lot of content from readers which was quite surprising since this was the first issue out!! Learnt a different approach to selective colourisation which I quite liked (Might repeat)
Spain
Super foto - Total waste of time, its more of a cameras buyers guide and a bad one at that (Wont repeat)

I tried digital photographer magazine but really disliked it. Every page had 'the essentials' for this and that: Reflectors that jesus crafted himself with his mind, tripods signed by Ghandi, the Popes favourite 250 pound memory card. It wasn't my sort of thing, and I wouldnt recommend it unless a) you live in england b) you have the money to subscribe and then buy all their 'essentials'.
I've read Digital Camera magazine and that extremely good. It had some really good ideas I never would have thought of. It had some interesting articles and it wasn't as snobby as Digital Photographer. However, once again, you need to be english to buy it.
